At our university, the meetings held within the framework of the “Crucial 90 Days” initiative have created inspiring and experience-sharing opportunities for female students, doctoral candidates, and young scientists. During these events, Professor Nodira Baxramovna Raupova — Doctor of Biological Sciences, academician of the Turon Academy of Sciences, and professor at the Department of Agrochemistry and Soil Science of the Faculty of Agrochemistry and Soil Science — shared her active life journey, educational experiences, spiritual and educational work, and scientific achievements. At the opening ceremony, the Chairwoman of the University Women’s Advisory Council, G. Shodmonova, emphasized the concept: “An educated woman is the mirror of society,” and called on young scholars and students to be inspired. Throughout the meeting, participants asked their questions and received practical advice from Professor N. Baxramova based on her experience. In addition, within the “Crucial 90 Days” initiative, a meeting was held with Professor Maxfurat Eshmuradovna Amanova — Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, recipient of the “Shuhrat” Medal, and professor of the Department of Vegetable Growing and Greenhouse Management at the Faculty of Horticulture and Viticulture. During the event themed “My Profession — My Pride,” she spoke about her career, educational and scientific achievements, and encouraged stronger collaboration. This meeting, opened with welcoming remarks by G. Shodmonova, provided an opportunity for female students and young researchers to ask questions and receive insightful answers from Professor Amanova. Furthermore, as G. Shodmonova emphasized, such scientific and spiritual gatherings are a great motivation for female students in their academic journeys and lay a strong foundation for future success.

Through these events, the younger generation not only absorbs the experiences of leading professionals in their fields but also gains the opportunity to form new perspectives and ideas across various scientific areas. Each meeting becomes a source of inspiration and plays a key role in paving the way for future achievements of female students and young scientists.
