At the Tashkent State Agrarian University, a spiritual and educational discussion was held within the framework of the “Relevant 40 Days” project on the topic “The First Uzbek Agronomist with a Diploma.”

The Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences of Tashkent State Agrarian University, Oybek Ostonov, conducted a spiritual and educational meeting with students of groups 25-97 and 25-98 of the Faculty of Agroeconomics, Logistics and Services on the topic “The First Uzbek Agronomist with a Diploma.” During the discussion, O. Ostonov spoke in detail about the life path, scientific activity, and great contribution of agronomist-scientist Abduvahob Murodiy to the development of agricultural science. He also highlighted Murodiy’s studies in Germany in the early 20th century and his achievements as a progressive scholar who laid the foundations of the agrarian sector in Uzbekistan.

Students received answers to their questions about the scientist’s research and professional work. At the end of the meeting, O. Ostonov also shared information about prominent scholars who had contributed to the history of the university.
