According to the guidelines approved by the appendix to the joint Resolution No. 32/21-QQ of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated June 6, 2023, all higher education institutions conduct the "Student Safety" month annually from September 15 to October 15. Within this initiative, the First Vice-Rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, J. Lapasov, together with a group of responsible officials, inspected rental apartments and student dormitories.
During the inspection, the overall living conditions, cleanliness and hygiene standards, facilities provided for students, compliance with internal regulations, and the availability of artistic and spiritual-educational literature were thoroughly reviewed. Additionally, conversations were held with landlords and students. Particular attention was given to hygiene standards, fire safety compliance, and issues related to the legal and social protection of students.
