The meeting was attended by the prevention inspector, the directorate of the student campus, the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment, the registrar’s office, deputy deans of faculties, tutors, dormitory heads, student council chairpersons, as well as floor leaders. During the meeting, students were provided with detailed information about the internal rules of the dormitory. In particular, issues such as the rational and proper use of dormitory equipment, maintaining order and cleanliness, as well as strengthening an atmosphere of mutual respect and friendship were discussed.
In addition, in order to make students’ free time more meaningful, discussions were held on organizing sports competitions, cultural and educational events, and reading evenings within the framework of the “Five Important Initiatives.” It was emphasized that these initiatives serve to increase youth activity and develop their creative and physical potential. The functional duties of floor leaders and dormitory student council chairpersons were also reminded.
