Forestry and greening of residential areas A forestry engineer is a specialist working in forestry, ecology and environmental protection organizations, performing tasks such as reforestation, production of forest products, and growing seedlings.

A landscape designer performs tasks such as greening residential areas, parks, roads and streets, growing ornamental seedlings, and developing landscape design projects.

Classes are held at the Faculty of Forestry and Landscape Design, the Tashkent Botanical Garden, and the Forestry Research Institute.

The graduate department is the Department of Forestry and Landscape Design of the Tashkent State University of Forestry.
