“Boston” Song and Dance Ensemble

In March 2019, within the framework of five important initiatives launched by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to widely involve young people in culture, art and sports, to form their skills in the correct use of modern information technologies, to improve the reading culture, to ensure women’s employment, and to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in paragraph 7.4 of the Control Plan of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations approved on February 17, 2023, and the minutes of the meeting of the University Council No. 1 dated August 28, 2023, the “Agrar Yuzladari” song and dance ensemble was established at Tashkent State Agrarian University in order to meaningfully organize students’ free time. About a hundred young students are active members of the ensemble and participate in about six art circles.

The ensemble held a Report Concert three times during the 2023-2024-2025 academic years. It performed the main tasks in organizing all spiritual and educational events held at the university. It organized tours to the “Mehribonlik Uyy” attached to the university, as well as schools and military units, and organized concert programs. In addition, they traveled to the countries of “Mongolia” and “Philippines” to demonstrate our national values ​​and our mothers.

In accordance with the minutes of the meeting No. 1 of the University Council dated August 28, 2025, the name of the “Agrar Yuzladari” song and dance ensemble was changed to the name of the “Bo‘ston” song and dance ensemble.
