Comprehensive Medical Examination for Female Students and Staff Launched at the University Medical Unit

t the initiative of the Women’s Affairs Advisory Council, a comprehensive medical examination of female students and female staff from the university’s maintenance department has begun according to a pre-approved schedule. In accordance with Resolution No. PQ–4513 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 8, 2019, and in order to promote a healthy lifestyle and improve the medical care system for women of reproductive age, pregnant women, and children, a wide-scale medical screening is being conducted at Tashkent State Agrarian University. This in-depth medical examination is being organized in cooperation with the non-governmental charitable foundation “For a Healthy Generation.”
Chairwoman of the University’s Women’s Affairs Council, G. Shodmonova, emphasized that the screening is being conducted free of charge and in a convenient manner for all participants. As part of the approved schedule, on May 12, 76 female employees of the maintenance department were thoroughly examined by qualified specialists using modern medical equipment, and received appropriate health recommendations.
