The Human Resources Department organizes the necessary internships and advanced training for promising young people in order to form a reserve of personnel for positions in the university nomenclature and prepare them for management activities;
participate in the certification of system employees in the manner and within the timeframes established by law, as well as in the methodological support and organization of the preparation and implementation of this process;
Analyze the performance of the university’s structural divisions and employees based on criteria and indicators, prepare proposals for their encouragement or increasing personal responsibility and accountability based on the rating results;
Implementation of the most transparent and fair procedure for selection and placement of personnel using modern information and communication technologies;
Improving the mechanism for working with personnel based on modern management systems based on advanced foreign experience;
In the field of personnel management, the formation and implementation of policies aimed at achieving and maintaining quantitative and qualitative characteristics of personnel in accordance with the tasks facing government agencies and organizations;
creation of equal opportunities for employees of government bodies and organizations in career advancement based on an objective assessment of their moral and volitional qualities, abilities and skills;
To promote the increase of the personal contribution of each employee to solving the problems facing government bodies and organizations, based on the continuous development of human resources and ensuring the fullest possible participation;
Take effective measures to develop high professional ethics, a culture of combating corruption and an intolerant attitude towards it among university employees;
Regularly improve the professional level of personnel, including organizing their continuous training (with the involvement of specialized and highly qualified specialists), including abroad.
Develop a human resources strategy and improve the human resources management process.
