Earthquake Preparedness Seminar: A Key Event at the University

As part of the “Earthquake Preparedness Week” announced in the Republic of Uzbekistan from May 5 to 7, 2025, a seminar was held at Tashkent State Agrarian University. The event was organized by the university’s Department of Civil and Labor Protection in cooperation with F. Soatov, Head of the Emergency Department of Qibray District in Tashkent Region; Kh. Aglayev, Head of the Chirchiq Center for Life Safety Education; and Kh. Arifjonov, member of the Council of Veterans of Qibray District. During the seminar, professors and students received essential information on earthquake preparedness, appropriate actions during emergencies, and safety measures. At the end of the event, students received comprehensive answers to their questions.
