In 2007, he graduated from Tashkent State Agrarian University, and in 2009, he completed his master’s degree. Specialization – technologist. Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor. Married, has three children.
During his career, he held responsible positions in the higher education system and the system of state administration bodies.
He actively participates in the reform process in New Uzbekistan, including in ensuring the implementation of priority tasks related to the development of agriculture and ensuring food security, training highly qualified personnel, and the development of science.
From 2019-2020, Safarov Askarbek Asadullayevich worked as the Head of the Department of Qualification Practice at Tashkent State Agrarian University.
From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of Head of the Department of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products at Tashkent State Agrarian University.
In accordance with the relevant order of the rector of Tashkent State Agrarian University, A.A. Safarov has been appointed Dean of the Faculty of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products of Tashkent State Agrarian University since December 2021.
A.A. Safarov was awarded the medal “Excellence in Higher Education” by order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 352 dated September 24, 2024.
