Ginger tea warms the body on cold days, relieves coughs and sore throats, improves digestion, and reduces nausea. It can be consumed fresh, dried, or in powder form. In addition, ginger improves blood circulation, reduces fatigue, and lifts the mood. Ginger tea mixed with honey and lemon is considered a true natural medicine.
