The Human Resources Department is an important division responsible for the formation, evaluation, and development of the university’s human potential. The department is responsible for formulating and implementing human resources policies, employee evaluation, motivation, and professional development.

Main Tasks


  • Formation of a staff reserve for positions at the university, preparation of promising young professionals

  • Employee certification and methodological support of this process

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the activities of departments and employees, preparation of proposals on motivation or responsibility

  • Implementation of a transparent and fair staff selection system

  • Improvement of the staff management system based on foreign experience

  • Implementation of a policy that ensures the composition of employees meets state tasks

  • Creating equal opportunities for evaluating labor activity

  • Increasing the personal contribution of employees and assisting in their development

  • Formation of an anti-corruption culture and adoption of effective measures

  • Improving professional skills, organizing continuous education, and internships abroad
