In order to ensure the implementation of the Presidential Decree No. PF-223 of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to introduce a modern system for managing insurance risks, special training sessions are ongoing at the Tashkent State Agrarian University. Within the framework of the training courses, practical classes have been organized to improve the qualifications of specialists working in the field of agricultural insurance and to train independent experts.
The practical sessions were conducted in the Qibray district of Tashkent region, where participants studied cotton fields, the development of fruit trees in orchards, and greenhouse operations.
During the visit, practical recommendations were provided to the participants on accurately identifying insurance events and objectively assessing the extent of damage by insurance expert Olena Sosenko from Ukraine, agricultural insurance and loss assessment expert Erol Yalchinkay from Turkey, as well as Associate Professor Z. Yusupov from the Department of Accounting, Analysis, and Audit.
Such practical training sessions serve as an important foundation for protecting agricultural entities from unexpected economic losses and for developing insurance services in line with international standards in the sector.
