Integration of Theory and Practice: TDAU Students at the Center of Modern Technologies

The team of the Department of “Storage, Processing and Packaging of Agricultural Products” at the Tashkent State Agrarian University continued their next practical training directly at a production facility. Under the leadership of the Head of the Department N. Narkabulova, as well as professors M. Boltayev and A. Azizov, the students became closely acquainted with the activities of one of the prestigious exporting enterprises in the Tashkent region — “Asians Frozen Foods” LLC. During the practical training process, students did not limit themselves to theoretical knowledge; they also witnessed firsthand the intricacies of shock freezing technology, which ensures the preservation of product quality and vitamins. In addition, they received valuable insights from specialists on packaging finished products in accordance with global market requirements and on establishing complex export chains.

The company’s modern laboratory testing and strict quality control system made a strong impression on the future specialists.
At the end of the meeting, promising plans were outlined to elevate cooperation between the university and the enterprise to a new level, particularly by organizing permanent internship opportunities for students.
