Professors I. Namozov and Sh. Valieva from Tashkent State Agrarian University are participating in a training and practical program at Chungnam National University in South Korea, focused on “Quality Management of Temperate-Zone Fruits.” This visit is part of the project titled “Professional Training for Agricultural Specialists in Uzbekistan, Improving the Agricultural Environment and Implementing a Licensing System.” Within the program, the scholars are exploring advanced technologies related to the proper storage, processing, and market value enhancement of fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, and grapes. Practical sessions held in modern laboratories provide valuable insights into innovative methods for long-term preservation and quality maintenance during market delivery.
