Kiwi — a source of health and beauty!

view 77

Kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa) has long been valued as a natural source of vitamins and minerals. This fruit is especially rich in vitamin C, which plays an important role in strengthening the immune system and supporting skin and hair health. Kiwi is also rich in vitamin K, vitamin E, folic acid, potassium, and antioxidants, which help strengthen the cardiovascular system, improve blood circulation, and protect cells from oxidative damage. Kiwi improves digestion and supports gut microbiota, making it easier for the body to process food. It is beneficial for skin health, moisturizing the skin, repairing skin cells, and fighting aging. Kiwi can be used in smoothies, juices, or salads, as well as in cosmetic masks. In pharmaceuticals, kiwi extract and oil are used for skin care and as antioxidants. Consuming kiwi in moderation is beneficial, but caution is advised for people with allergies. Additionally, those with diabetes should consume it in moderation, as the fruit contains natural sugars.
