Lapasov Jasur Olimjonovich

First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, Tashkent State Agrarian University

Lapasov Jasur Olimjonovich was born in 1990. From 2009 to 2015, he studied at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration. He holds a PhD in Technical Sciences.

 

He began his professional career in 2015–2016 as an assistant at the Department of Geodesy and Geoinformatics of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Head of the Human Resources Department of the same institute. Between 2019 and 2023, he worked as a Chief Specialist of the Organizational and Human Resources Department, and as a Chief Specialist of the Human Resources Development and Management Department of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education. In 2023–2025, he held the positions of Chief Specialist, Deputy Head of Department, and Head of the Human Resources Development and Management Department at the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

Since 2025, he has been serving as the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Enlightenment Work at Tashkent State Agrarian University.
