Oblomuradov Narzullo Naimovich

In 1996, graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, and in 2000, completed a master’s degree at the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom). His specialty is economics. He holds a Doctor of Science in Economics and is a professor. Married and has three children.

Throughout his career, he has held responsible positions in the system of higher education, the banking and finance sector, and in public administration.

He has been actively involved in the reform process in New Uzbekistan, particularly in the implementation of state programs and priority tasks aimed at the socio-economic development of regions, environmental protection, agricultural advancement, food security, training of highly qualified specialists, and the development of science.

From 2017 to 2020, Narzullo Naimovich served in responsible positions in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2020 to 2021, he served as First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environmental Protection, and from 2021 to 2022, as Chairman of the Committee. During 2021–2022, he also led the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan.

In 2023 served as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan; in 2023–2024, as Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at the Tashkent Financial Institute; and in 2024, as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the Tashkent State Agrarian University.

According to a relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, N.N. Oblomuradov was appointed Rector of the Tashkent State Agrarian University in November 2024.

N.N. Oblomuradov has been awarded the “Sodiq xizmatlari uchun” medal by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2019, as well as commemorative badges “O’zbekiston Konstitutsiyasiga 25 yil” “ O’zbekiston Respublikasi mustaqilligining 30 yilligi,” and “O’zbekiston Konstitutsiyasiga 30 yil.”
