Agrobiotechnology

The master’s degree specialty in Agricultural Biotechnology focuses on enhancing and retraining the qualifications of personnel for general, secondary, and higher education institutions. It trains specialists for the institutions of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, government bodies, agricultural production organizations, scientific-production associations, biotechnology production enterprises, genetic engineering of agricultural crops, cell and tissue culture, micropropagation of cloned plants, growing seedlings of agricultural crops under specific conditions, and biologically active substances necessary for agriculture. The curriculum covers microbiological biotechnology, ecological biotechnology, and complex issues related to agricultural engineering.
