Food Technology
Master’s specialty in food technology Engineer-technologist – food industry such as the development of structures of production and processing equipment, food safety, development of food industry in the country, production of recipes and types of new food products, the use of modern methods and equipment for physical-chemical, organoleptic, microbiological and analytical analysis of food products performs tasks. Classes are held at the Faculty of storage and processing of agricultural products, in industry research institutes, at enterprises within the Food Industry Association of Uzbekistan. The graduating department is the department “Storage and processing of agricultural products”, TSAU.
