Tashkent State Agrarian University continues implementing the "New Agronomist" system aimed at equipping students with modern agricultural technologies while effectively integrating theoretical knowledge with practical training.
The latest practical training session was held at GREEN VALLEY GARDEN LLC, located in the Ohangaron district of the Tashkent region. University representatives, faculty members, and students took part in the harvesting of the "Qayroqtosh" winter wheat variety, gaining firsthand experience with modern agricultural technologies in a real production environment.
During the field training, students learned about No-Till farming technology, methods for conducting soil profile and infiltration tests, the operating principles of modern seeding equipment, and the practical advantages of resource-efficient agricultural technologies.
The seminar also highlighted the importance of introducing innovative and digital technologies into agriculture, advancing plant breeding and seed production, promoting the efficient use of water-saving technologies, and preparing competitive agricultural professionals equipped with modern knowledge and practical skills that meet international standards
