The event was organized to ensure the implementation of Clause 5 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan's action program No. 06/26-2-25, dated February 3, 2026. The seminar was jointly coordinated by the University's Women’s Advisory Council, the Department of Scientific Research and Innovation, and the "AgroEkoKlub." Young female researchers, faculty members, and master’s students participated in the event.
The event was opened by G. Shodmonova, Chair of the Women’s Advisory Council and Advisor to the Rector, who spoke about the opportunities and responsibilities provided for women in science. Sh.M. Yakubov, Head of the Scientific Research and Innovation Department, delivered a lecture titled "One Step Towards PhD." Additionally, Professor G.R. Kholmurodova provided expert recommendations on selecting research topics and the principles of academic article writing.
During the seminar, the importance of PhD preparation, choosing a research supervisor, time management, and the necessity of lifelong learning were emphasized. At the conclusion of the event, certificates were presented to the participants.
