Tashkent State Agrarian University is consistently continuing its preparations to celebrate its honorable 95th anniversary with dignity. In this regard, an important meeting was held under the leadership of the university rector, Professor N. Oblomuradov, with the participation of relevant officials. The meeting was attended by vice-rectors, deans of faculties, heads of departments and divisions, as well as other responsible personnel. During the event, priority areas, organizational matters, and creative initiatives necessary for the jubilee preparations were discussed. To ensure the effective and systematic organization of jubilee events, a special working group has been established. This group will coordinate the planned scientific-practical conferences, presentations, exhibitions, and cultural-educational projects associated with the anniversary.
During the meeting, tasks were assigned to compile and present the university scientists’ newly developed crop varieties, scientific inventions, and patents through special exhibitions and publications. In addition, a special book is being prepared about renowned scholars who have founded scientific schools in the agrarian field. This publication will serve to communicate the university’s scientific potential and academic heritage to a wider audience.
A jubilee publication is planned to highlight the 95-year journey of Tashkent State Agrarian University, its achievements, international cooperation experiences, and distinguished alumni. This book will feature key dates, facts, and stages of modern development in the university’s history. The presentation ceremony of this publication will be one of the main events of the jubilee program.
At the end of the meeting, the rector gave clear instructions and tasks to all unit leaders regarding the work to be carried out within the jubilee framework.
