Within the framework of the International Trade Centre (ITC) project funded by the Government of Switzerland, a training seminar on the topic “Training of Trainers on the Production and Processing of Dried Fruits for Export” is being held in Bishkek. Professors from the Department of Storage, Processing and Packaging of Agricultural Products at Tashkent State Agrarian University, Professor A. Azizov and Associate Professor M. Ochilov, are participating in the event as consultants and are delivering their own lectures.
The main goal of the training seminar is to enhance export potential and improve the systems of processing and storage of agricultural products in accordance with international standards.
