A working group of Tashkent State Agrarian University carried out a practical visit to the “Ustoz” clusters and farming enterprises located in Jizzakh region, Syrdarya region, Samarkand region, Namangan region, Fergana region, Andijan region, Surkhandarya region, and Tashkent region of the Republic.
During the visit, the activities carried out under the “New Agronomist” system were thoroughly analyzed, and approaches to assigning young specialists to farming enterprises, integrating their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and improving their professional skills and qualifications were evaluated.
In addition, the university’s scientists and specialists provided farmers with scientific and practical recommendations. Open and productive discussions were held on site regarding existing challenges, effective solutions, and prospects for future cooperation.
