Today, Tashkent State Agrarian University hosted the commencement of a republican scientific-practical conference titled "Smart Management and Digital Solutions in Agricultural Production," dedicated to the prospects of the agricultural sector.
The event was opened by the Rector of the University, Professor Narzullo Oblamuradov, and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Alisher Shukurov. The conference focused on the transition to the "smart agriculture" concept, the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies, and ensuring food security through resource conservation.
Currently, more than 300 students are enrolled in the "Information Systems and Technologies" program at our university. Starting from the next academic year, admission for the "Artificial Intelligence" major is planned to begin, alongside the establishment of a modern AI laboratory. Within the framework of the conference, scientists and IT specialists are exchanging expertise on digital transformation.
