A Republican scientific-practical seminar titled "Dual Education in Agro-Engineering: Cooperation and Exchange of Best Practices" was held in cooperation with the Tashkent State Agrarian University (TSAU) and "Tashkent Tractor Plant" LLC.
The event was organized to ensure the implementation of priority tasks set during the open dialogue between the Head of State and the youth on February 24, 2026.
The seminar was attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Kongratbay Sharipov, Deputy Chairman of "Uzavtosanoat" JSC, Davron Hidoyatov, Rector of TSAU, Narzullo Oblomuradov, and heads of nearly 20 higher education institutions.
As part of the seminar, participants visited the plant's science center, museum, and modern agricultural machinery production lines. They also observed the assembly sections of world-renowned "Claas" combines and the practical results of the dual education system implemented for TSAU students.
Currently, students enrolled in the dual education program at the plant receive not only modern technical knowledge but also a comprehensive social package:
✅ Free transportation and hot lunches;
✅ Specialized work uniforms;
✅ A monthly salary of approximately 3 million UZS.
At the end of the event, a signing ceremony for mutual cooperation agreements between "Tashkent Tractor Plant" LLC and various higher education institutions took place. It was noted that this system creates significant opportunities for training highly skilled and experienced professionals for the industry.
