In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 21, 2025, No. PF-223, special training seminars for the preparation of independent experts in the field of agricultural insurance have been organized at Tashkent State Agrarian University and are currently actively ongoing.
These seminars are being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture. Their main objective is to identify insurance events, professionally assess the amount of damage, and form a corps of independent experts in compliance with international standards.
The training courses organized at the university involve both local specialists and foreign experts. The educational process is conducted through theoretical classes, practical training sessions, and field-based assessment methods.
Within the framework of the program, it is planned to train at least 5 independent experts from each region by February 1, 2026, and a total of more than 600 independent experts by March 1, 2027.
These training processes contribute to improving the agricultural insurance system in the country, ensuring effective risk management, and strengthening the financial stability of farmers and agricultural clusters.
