An applied visit was carried out to farms and agricultural enterprises operating in Buka district by a delegation led by T. Atakulov, Head of a Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, and S. Boboyev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Tashkent State Agrarian University, together with the university team. The main purpose of the visit was to develop fieldwork and farming culture in the agricultural sector, improve the efficient use and maintenance of agricultural machinery, and organize production processes on the basis of a unified and integrated system. During the visit, the activities being implemented within the framework of the “New Agronomist” system were studied in detail. Special attention was paid to assigning young specialists to farms, integrating their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and enhancing their professional skills and competencies.
In addition, scientists and specialists of Tashkent State Agrarian University provided scientific and practical recommendations to representatives of farms, and exchanged views on existing problems and effective solutions to them.
