The “Eco Expo Central Asia 2026” international exhibition, held in Samarkand, has successfully concluded. During the event, new initiatives in the fields of ecology, agriculture, and sustainable development were presented, prospects for expanding international cooperation were discussed, and a number of important agreements and documents were signed.
Representatives of Tashkent State Agrarian University, led by Rector Narzullo Oblomuradov, as well as members of the AgroEcoClub, actively participated in this prestigious international event.
Throughout the exhibition, university representatives presented their scientific and practical projects in the fields of ecology and agriculture to international experts and partners. They also exchanged experience on developing sustainable development and agricultural education in line with international standards. In addition, AgroEcoClub members actively participated in discussions, seminars, and panel sessions, sharing their proposals on advanced environmental technologies.
Within the framework of the exhibition, a meeting was held with Joachim Fritz, GIZ Regional Director for Central Asia, as well as GIZ representatives Avaz Nomanov and Oydin Sattorov. During the meeting, the parties discussed expanding employment opportunities for young people in the green economy across Central Asian countries and implementing joint projects in this field.
