In accordance with Resolution No. 796 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated 17 December 2025, temporary disability (sick leave) benefits will be paid through employees’ social cards starting from 1 July 2026.
Accordingly, all university employees are requested to download the Baraka mobile application and complete the registration process.
Through the Baraka mobile application:
a virtual social card can be opened free of charge;
temporary disability (sick leave) benefits will be transferred to this social card by the State Social Insurance Fund.
All employees are encouraged to download the Baraka mobile application in a timely manner to ensure they receive benefit payments under the new procedure.
