Students of the Faculty of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products at Tashkent State Agrarian University are successfully completing their educational process by combining theoretical knowledge with practical training within the dual education system.
In particular, students of the programs “Technology of Storage and Primary Processing of Agricultural Products (by product types)” and “Food Technology (by product types)” at “PROMEAT” actively participated in production processes and effectively utilized the enterprise’s facilities.
The graduates prepared their final qualification theses directly related to their industrial practice and also defended them at the enterprise site. During the defense, students demonstrated their ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, a solid understanding of meat and sausage production technologies, and professional competencies.
The commission members highly appreciated the students’ practical experience, professional training, and innovative approach gained over two years of industrial practice. It was also emphasized that the employment of dual education graduates at the enterprise further increases their competitiveness in the labor market.
This cooperation represents an important practical outcome of the development of the dual education system at Tashkent State Agrarian University, the improvement of educational quality, and the training of qualified specialists.
