view 100

Recently, a team from the Tashkent State Agrarian University organized a scientific-practical seminar at the "Qibray-Mirzayev Farrux" horticultural farm in the Qibray district. This event is significant for strengthening the integration of science and production, implementing modern agrotechnologies in horticulture, and increasing productivity. The seminar was attended by the district khokim M. Rashidov, the district prosecutor S. Ashridinov, the university rector N. Oblomuradov, scientists, and regional agricultural specialists. Experts provided detailed recommendations on innovative approaches in horticulture, resource-saving technologies, and scientifically based agrotechnical measures.
During the process, the capabilities of the university's mobile scientific-practical ecophysiological laboratory were effectively utilized. In particular, a rapid analysis of the soil composition was conducted on-site, and based on the results, specific scientific conclusions were presented regarding crop nutrition, optimization of the irrigation regime, and yield enhancement.

This seminar was an important step towards the widespread implementation of scientific developments into practice, increasing the competitiveness of farms, and developing sustainable horticulture in the region. University scientists visiting sites and providing scientific advice directly during the production process is one of the most vital factors in ensuring efficiency in the agricultural sector.
