A meaningful dialogue titled “The Road to Success” was organized at Tashkent State Agrarian University, aimed at increasing the role of women in society and enhancing their participation in education, science, and management. During the event, Feruza Khodjayeva, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Rankings at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with female students of the university. The meeting, held in a warm and sincere atmosphere, was attended by First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work Jasur Lapasov, Chairperson of the Women’s Advisory Council and Rector’s Advisor Gulnoza Shodmonova, professors, and active students. During the discussion, it was emphasized that raising young women to become educated, spiritually mature, and independent thinkers is a priority of state policy. Based on her life experience and rich professional background, Feruza Ergashevna noted that success is not only about achievements but also the result of continuous hard work, determination, and strong self-confidence.
It was highlighted that every female student should strive to become a highly qualified specialist through her knowledge and aspirations.
