Under the leadership of the First Vice-Rector for Spiritual and Educational Affairs, J. Lapasov, the rector’s instructions were communicated to the faculties of the university. The following issues were discussed: preparation for the “Topical 40 Days” project and the 95th anniversary of the university, preparation for the “5 Initiatives” Olympiad, studying housing rental opportunities for staff, preparation for the autumn-winter season and assessment of students’ nutrition, learning process and living conditions, organization of sports competitions, large-scale cleaning and preparatory works in the sports complex, streamlining the documentation of socially vulnerable students, as well as determining the number of students engaged in sports. These issues are aimed at increasing the efficiency of the university community’s activities, creating favorable conditions for students, and ensuring high-quality preparation for large-scale events
