A delegation led by Professor Y. Bezborodov, Head of the Department of Land Management and Forestry of the Russian State Agrarian University - Timiryazov Moscow Agricultural Academy, Doctor of Technical Sciences, arrived at Tashkent State Agrarian University. The guest was warmly welcomed by the rector of the university, Professor N. Oblomuradov. During the meeting, issues of bilateral scientific and academic cooperation in modern and promising areas such as selection, genetics, plant protection, biotechnology were discussed. As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached between the two sides on the implementation of a 3+1 joint educational program. Through this program, students of Tashkent State Agrarian University will have the opportunity to study in Russia and join the ranks of graduates with two diplomas.
At the end of the conversation, a Memorandum was signed between the parties in order to legally strengthen cooperation. This will create a solid foundation for future joint scientific projects, faculty exchanges, and expansion of innovative research.
