A training seminar in the form of an open dialogue was held at the Tashkent State Agrarian University, dedicated to the issues of employment and job placement of 4th-year students of the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry, and Soil Science, establishing dual education, and allocating preferential loans.
➡️ Organized at the initiative of the Joint-Stock Company "Uzmilliybank", the seminar was attended by Muslimbek Safarov, the head of the Tashkent regional center "Kelajakka qadam" (Step into the Future), along with students. During the seminar, discussions focused on employing graduates, combining theoretical knowledge with practice through dual education, and supporting young people who wish to start entrepreneurial activities with preferential loans.
✅ During the open dialogue, explanations were provided regarding the graduates' future professional activities, finding their place in the labor market, and effectively utilizing available opportunities.
