view 25

In accordance with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-216 dated July 7, 2023, “On additional measures to improve quality and efficiency through the integration of science, education, and production in the agricultural sector,” creating favorable social conditions for employees in the agricultural sector has been identified as a key priority. Specifically, Clause 40 of the “Roadmap” stipulates the construction of a modern affordable housing complex consisting of at least 150 apartments on the territory of Tashkent State Agrarian University for professors, academic and scientific-pedagogical staff, young researchers, and technical personnel. Today, under the leadership of the university’s rector, N.N. Oblomuradov, a regular meeting of the Housing Commission was held on this issue. During the meeting, the progress of the housing construction, the formation of preferential prices, and the allocation process were thoroughly discussed. The rector firmly emphasized that all procedures will be carried out based on the principles of transparency and openness. For information: this housing project is aimed not only at resolving the housing needs of the university’s staff but also at strengthening social guarantees and ensuring social stability within the university community.
