On the occasion of “May 9 – Remembrance and Appreciation Day” and within the framework of the “Travel Across Uzbekistan!” program, a trip to the city of Samarkand was organized for the team of Tashkent State Agrarian University. This event was held on the initiative of the university’s Trade Union Committee in cooperation with sectoral trade unions and the “Kasaba Sayr” tourism organization. Professors, staff members, and students took part in it.
The pilgrimage program started from the Imam al-Bukhari complex. Participants became closely acquainted with the life of the great hadith scholar and his invaluable scientific legacy in the Islamic world. During the trip, they also visited landmarks such as the mausoleum of Islam Karimov and the Shahi Zinda complex. These sites, reflecting the rich history and architectural art of our country, left a strong impression on the participants.
The participants expressed their gratitude to the university administration and the trade union organizers for the meaningful rest and the high level of organization.
