University executive secretariat

The Executive Secretariat Department is a department responsible for coordinating organizational and supervisory work at the university. Its main task is to ensure and monitor the timely implementation of all instructions and orders issued by the rector.

The Executive Secretariat works directly under the leadership of the rector, organizes councils, meetings and conferences held under the leadership of the rector, keeps their minutes, and ensures the implementation of decisions made at the meetings. It reports to the rector on each task and is responsible for the timely implementation of instructions.
