President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-3151 of July 27, 2017 and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Under the leadership of Mirziyoyev, the services of a psychologist of a higher educational institution were established in all higher educational institutions from the current year in accordance with the framework of Appendix No. 5, aimed at ensuring the implementation of the tasks established by the statement of the meeting on August 2, 2017, as well as improving the quality of specialists with higher education.
