The Tashkent State Agrarian University hosted an official visit of the delegation from the Chongqing Technology and Business Institute (People’s Republic of China).
The delegation was received by Abduaziz Abduvasikov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Transformation, and Strategic Development of TDAU. During the meeting, the parties discussed expanding bilateral cooperation and launching joint projects in new areas. In particular, they considered the development of cooperation in digital technologies and intelligent manufacturing, improving personnel training within the framework of the “Belt and Road” initiative, establishing student and faculty exchange programs, and expanding opportunities for college graduates to continue their studies at the Agrarian University.
The delegation included senior representatives responsible for international cooperation, digital media, intelligent manufacturing, as well as urban construction and engineering at the Chongqing Technology and Business Institute. Prospective proposals were also put forward regarding the establishment of joint educational programs, and both sides expressed readiness to further develop cooperation in these areas.
It was emphasized that this visit is expected to contribute to elevating scientific, educational, and innovative cooperation between the two higher education institutions to a new level.
