The Ecophysiological Research Laboratory of Tashkent State Agrarian University invites qualified candidates to apply, on a competitive basis, for the position of Head of the Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
• managing and coordinating the laboratory’s day-to-day activities;
• ensuring the quality and accuracy of research and analytical work;
• managing the team, providing guidance to staff, and supporting their professional development;
• implementing modern laboratory equipment and new technologies in practice;
• monitoring compliance with international quality standards (ISO and others);
• preparing the laboratory for the accreditation process.
Candidate Requirements:
• a higher education degree in a relevant field (a scientific degree is an advantage);
• at least 3 years of work experience in scientific laboratories;
• excellent command of English — mandatory for participation in international internships and working with international scientific literature;
• strong knowledge of modern laboratory equipment and analytical methods.
