In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the "Dialogue with Youth," sports competitions within the framework of the three-stage "New Uzbekistan Students' Olympiad" are being held in a high spirit at the Tashkent State Agrarian University. Today, another round of intense matches in table tennis and volleyball took place at our university.
In particular, during the uncompromising table tennis competitions, students demonstrated their agility and skills. According to the results:
1st place: Olimboev Rustambek (Faculty of Agro-engineering and Agrotechnology);
2nd place: Egamkulov Bekzod (Faculty of Agrobiology);
3rd place: Isokov Ismoil (Faculty of Zoo-engineering) and Khudaynazarov Jasurbek (Faculty of Joint Educational Programs).
The inter-faculty matches on the volleyball court turned into a true celebration of sports. In the competition:
In the quarter-finals: Teams from the faculties of Forestry, Agroeconomics, and Plant Protection defeated their opponents and advanced to the next stage.
In the semi-finals: In hard-fought matches, the teams of the Faculty of Agroeconomics, Logistics, and Services, and the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry, and Soil Science won and secured their places in the final.
Tomorrow, in the decisive final match, the teams of the Faculty of Agroeconomics, Logistics, and Services and the Faculty of Plant Protection, Agrochemistry, and Soil Science will compete for the grand prize.
These competitions not only contribute to the meaningful organization of students' leisure time but also serve to enhance their physical potential and foster a healthy competitive environment at the university. We thank all participants and wish the best of luck to the future finalists!
