May 9 – the Day of Memory and Honor is a glorious occasion that calls on all of us to value today’s peaceful and tranquil life and to work with even greater dedication for the prosperity of our Motherland. This day is also a time to draw strength and inspiration from the bravery of those noble people who sacrificed their lives for their nation and homeland.
This year as well, in accordance with the resolutions adopted by the President to widely celebrate this important date, large-scale spiritual and educational events and ceremonies embodying the noble ideas of humanity were held throughout the Tashkent region under the slogan “Duty, Courage, and Fortitude!”
On the occasion of the Day of Memory and Honor, the team of the Tashkent State Agrarian University, together with representatives of the Tashkent regional community led by the Governor of Tashkent Region, Zoyir Mirzayev, laid wreaths at the “Anthem of Courage” memorial complex in Nurafshon city, expressing the deep respect of future generations for the memory of the departed heroes.
The memory of our ancestors will forever live on, and the courage of our heroes will remain an eternal example for future generations. May peace and tranquility always prevail in our Motherland!
