Today, the 3rd Council meeting was held at Tashkent State Agrarian University, where pressing issues in the field of education and science were discussed. In particular, Rector N. Oblomuradov informed the members of the Council about the priority tasks arising from the videoconference chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on September 9, as well as issues discussed at the meeting on water and protected areas in the Bostanliq district. In addition, the university announced a “Forty Days of Priorities” campaign, which outlines initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the educational process, developing scientific activity, enhancing conditions for students, and ensuring thorough preparation for the autumn-winter season. Before the Academic Council meeting, a number of professors and teachers who had received academic titles and contributed to raising the university’s prestige with their achievements, as well as the winners of the internal scholarship competition, were solemnly awarded.
On the occasion of Teacher and Mentor Day – October 1, university staff who are actively working and making a valuable contribution to the education of the younger generation were honored with Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Agriculture, letters of appreciation from the Rector, and special gifts. We sincerely congratulate all our teachers on this holiday!
To further enrich the festive atmosphere, songs were performed, and students and professors shared joyful moments together. The celebration was given a special charm by the performance of the “Bо‘ston” song and dance ensemble.
