A seminar-training aimed at improving the quality of education through intensifying the educational, scientific, spiritual-enlightenment, and international cooperation activities of the teaching staff was organized in the Activists’ Hall of Tashkent State Agrarian University. During the seminar, the Rector of the University, N. Oblomuradov, delivered a speech in which he expressed his views on the importance of forming a healthy spiritual environment among the teaching staff, adhering to ethical and moral standards, effectively utilizing the created conditions, and, along with providing knowledge to students, instilling in them high spiritual and moral values.
After that, the seminar-training was continued by the First Vice-Rector of the University for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Enlightenment Work, J. Lapasov, who provided detailed information on the measures being implemented to increase the effectiveness of working with youth and spiritual-enlightenment activities at the higher education institution.
In addition, Professor of the “Psychology” Department of Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan S. Jorayeva delivered a meaningful lecture on the topic “Ways to Overcome Stress in Pedagogical Activity.”
