In connection with March 8 – International Women's Day, extensive work is being carried out in our country to further increase the role and prestige of women in society, and to support their scientific and socio-political activity. On this occasion, a group of dedicated women who have made a worthy contribution to the development of science in the higher education system, the effective establishment of innovative activities, and the enhancement of the scientific potential of women, were awarded the "Certificate of Honor" by the Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis.
It is gratifying that among them is G. Shodmonova, the Chairperson of the Women's Council of Tashkent State Agrarian University.
This award is of great importance as a recognition of the university team's consistent efforts in the field of women's science.
