A seminar-training dedicated to the presentation of startup projects in the field of artificial intelligence and digital technologies was held at the Tashkent State Agrarian University in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture. This event was organized to ensure the implementation of the tasks set in the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan: No. PQ-59 dated February 11, 2026, "On measures to introduce a comprehensive ecosystem for supporting startups," and No. PQ-135 dated April 11, 2026, "On additional measures to improve the activities of the Tashkent State Agrarian University." During the seminar, talented students of the university presented innovative startup projects aimed at artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and the digitalization of the agricultural sector. The modern ideas, practical developments, and promising initiatives of the youth were extensively discussed.
The event was attended by Izzatilla Sunnatillaevich Ikramov, Head of the Department for the Implementation of Information and Communication Technologies and Digitalization in the Agrarian Sector, and J. Lapasov, the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work of the university. Furthermore, it was emphasized that the initiative put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to declare every Thursday as "Youth Day" is being effectively implemented today.
