“The Most Delicious Dishes” Exhibition Held within the Framework of “Talaba Fest”

As part of the “Talaba Fest” festival, the “Most Delicious Dishes” Exhibition was organized to showcase students’ interest in national values and gastronomic culture.

At the exhibition, students from higher education institutions prepared and presented a variety of dishes reflecting the traditions of Uzbek national cuisine. Among them were pilaf, samsa, manti, norin, shurva, and other traditional dishes, which were creatively decorated and presented to guests.
During the event, participants not only demonstrated their culinary skills but also shared information about the history of each dish, its preparation methods, and its place in our national culture.
The “Most Delicious Dishes” Exhibition attracted great interest from festival participants and guests, helping to promote the rich traditions and unique flavors of Uzbek national cuisine.
